Whitney Brewington, MA

Whitney is a Family Support Specialist who focuses on embodiment as a treatment modality. She earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Administration in Human Services. Whitney brings more than 10 years of experience  working in child and adolescent programs and enjoys creating safe spaces for others to express themselves through mindfulness, movement, and self-expression. Whitney is a certified personal trainer (CPT) and 200RYT.
