Lela Simon

Lela Simon is a counseling intern pursuing her master's degree from Adams State University.

Before pursuing mental health as a career, she worked in health and fitness and is passionate about integrated holistic wellness. She is also a dedicated to the practice of meditation and has been engaged in the practice for more than 30 years. Her work focusing on adult and emerging adult ADHD and attachment theory.
