With Deep Gratitude

We are very honored to have been voted Best Wellness Center in Wicomico County for a second year in a row.  It has been 12 years since we first opened our doors in the 1,500 square foot building on Milford Street in Salisbury.  Today we are in a 10,000 square foot building with three yoga studios providing therapeutic healing and wellness services to children, teens, and adults.

There was a dream in my heart and an idea in my head of creating a place that could provide a holistic approach to wellness in addition to the traditional therapeutic approaches available.  This approach had served me well to heal myself and I wanted to share it with others.  Creating The Personal Wellness Center was one the scariest and most exciting things I have ever done.  I felt a strong fear as I moved forward with the creation, and I did it anyway.

When I first started, I did not know if people would openly accept this holistic approach to healing. Fortunately, people were receptive then and today, they are embracing it with open arms. I had no idea it would grow this big.  When we opened it was just me and one admin person who believed in me.  Wonderful people came along the way to support my dream and it became theirs as well.  Today our team is composed of 30 talented and gifted people who love helping others.

It brings me so much joy to support people in their healing journey so they can be the best version of themselves and give life to the greatness that is encoded in their hearts.
